To produce and stream the annual sales conference for leading pharmaceutical brand, delivering to employee’s across the country ensuring content is informative and motivating delivering engaging content whilst maintaining an open and easy dialogue between the senior leadership team and colleagues.
MPG designed a Covid secure Broadcast Studio based at the client offices; using a large LED backdrop to replicate a “newsroom” style space the event aesthetic was designed to be innovative and high impact whilst staying aligned with their sustainability goals.
Supported by an event producer throughout the planning stages, MPG created an opening video to offer an exciting start to the two days; the opening video collated personal recordings and on location filming before moving to the a stunning drone shot of the senior leadership team entering the building and starting the conference!
With multiple stakeholders involved, the flexibility of the platform was imperative and the personalised agenda function was utilized to allow for multiple sessions to run side by side including pre assigned, interactive workshops.
The flexibility of the platform and a relaxed agenda meant we could activate live agenda changes and communicate with our delegates using push notifications.
The conference culminated in a “Virtual Team Challenge”, hosted by a professional compere, encouraging interaction, open dialogue and some friendly competition as each team worked through a series of questions and challenges to earn points. The game ended with the teams re-joining as one big group for a closing speech from the senior leadership and the revealing of the competition prize winners!
