WPP Leadership conference

Brief

Following on from having set up a studio at WPP London HQ for an important pitch. WPP asked MPG if we could recreate a similar set up for the  2 day WPP Leadership event but this time streaming from  the London MPG premises. The studio needed to provide a professional and flexible backdrop for a range of different hosts to present their material

Approach

MPG set up a bespoke studio and ensured the studio and entire building had a raft of Covid safe measures in place

We created  a studio with a large LED screen and a set with a conversational “breakfast TV” style layout. The LED backdrop provided a great canvas for video content and also allowed video feeds from remote presenters.

The camera rig allowed for a variety of camera positions allowing for a mix of wide and close up shots. Some presenters presented from remote locations and V mix was utilised to ensure a seamless delivery to the streaming platform.
